Kennedy Home Renovation

We renovated this 1930's craftman style home with new modern amenities and traditional period looking cabinets, furnishings and finish materials. All lath and plaster, knob and tube electrical, raised floor and walled in spaces were gutted to start anew. The kitchen was remodeled with spruce green painted shaker cabinets and bronze hardware. New lighting, calacatta style quartz counters and a handcrafted looking subway tile were the finishing touch along with the refreshed trim and appliances packages.

The new masterbathroom accommodates an old claw foot tub that we restored along with a luxurious walk in calacatta porcelain tiled shower. Added storage and classic details made this a dream bathroom for the owners
